FREE Ground Shipping to continental U.S. & Canada.  Standard shipments will ship via UPS. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via UPS to USPS Priority.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes!  We offer FREE shipping to U.K., Ireland, France & Spain for all orders over $100[USD].  ARTISTIX now offers DHL Express to all other international destinations.  Please note, you will be paying for shipping only at checkout. Taxes and Duties are not calculated at checkout and you, the customer are responsible for paying these Taxes and Duties at the time of delivery.  These are not calculated by ARTISTIX and any refusals or return shipping will not be reimbursed.  Note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen shipments. However if your package does not arrive please contact to initiate a UPS/DHL Claim.

How do I place an Order?

Create an ARTISTIX account, place items in your shopping cart & checkout.  It’s that easy.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Once the order is received, you can initiate a return.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, we do not currently offer guest checkout, for your protection.

How Do I Track My Order?

Order tracking is made easy… Simply visit our website & click ‘order tracking’ located on the footer (bottom).  Enter your order details.

How Can I Return a Product?

For your convenience, ARTISTIX offers our customers the option to return within 30 days of purchase excluding certain indicated products: ie. sample sales items, final sale items.  Please use the original email used for your order and follow the instructions on our return portal by clicking the ‘returns’ tab at the footer (bottom) of the website.  The packaging must be intact and the product must be unused with all tags attached to qualify.  Returns/exchanges without proper documentation cannot be accommodated.
